What Charlie Heard is a historically accurate reimagining of the history of Charles Ives it follows the life a boy named Charlie who explores all kinds of new musical ideas with his father eventually he becomes one of the most well-known composers of the 20th century. Charlie Ives during the story has to overcome the sadness he feels when he loses his father who was his greatest inspiration musically.
Ada had a variety of musical influence from her grandmother and father. Ada was most fond of the Violin. Ada’s Grandmother signed Ada and her sister up or music lessons. The music teacher realizing the children couldn’t have expensive instruments and lacked enough to provide them, the teacher and a friend started making new ones from trash. Ada picked up the violin and after hard work she became first violin of their orchestra. Soon they were asked to play in many big cities, in and out of their country. They even joined a band’s tour and conquered many fears.

This nice story is about a young gecko named Moki and his journey to find his parents. Moki's mom and dad go missing one day and he goes on a huge adventure just to get his parents back, the story takes place in Hawaii and in space. He encounters many different characters such as an owl, volcano, eagle, the moon and the sun. Each one providing him with a help or a task he must complete. Eventually, Moki finds his parents on the moon, then leaves them to go back to earth to grow up on his own.
Spoof the NEws
Spoof the News focuses on the recent Escherichia coli outbreak in our romaine lettuce. The news casters inform the watchers of how to avoid this issue. The story follows a news caster whom turns into romaine lettuce after eating some. The news team follows him to The Crane School of Music, and interviews him. Finally with time, the news is passed back to the news room where our "lettuce monster" turns back into our news cast member. The story finishes with precautions to take to stay safe during this crisis.
Rain Project
The main character, Moki the gecko, Starts off with a bad day with arguing with his parents over a surf board he really wanted. He stomped off to the beach , he eventually went back home and his parents went missing. Moki goes on a trip to find his parents and he meets many different characters throughout the story. Moki finds out his parents fell into "moon water", which was the reason his parents are missing. Moki has to climb to the top of the volcano for any hopes to get to the moon. the volcano is hesitant to help, but eventually helps Moki get to into space by shooting a huge blast of steam. Moki drifts towards to moon and asks for his parents back, but the moon wants something in return. He asks for his mirror back from the sun, if moki gets the moons mirror he will have his parents back. Moki is then faced a challenge on how to get to the sun, he finds a meteorite and rides it like a surfboard. The sun was super egotistical and loved himself, it was hard for Moki to distract the sun. He tricks the sun into wanting to look at himself with the mirror because he has never seemed himself before, Moki quickly aims it at him and tries to run away. Sadly, his tail was badly burned and feel off. He brought the mirror back to the moon, the moon tries to get one more task out of him until Moki threatens to just leave with the mirror. The moon gives Moki a liquid in a silver cup to re grew his tail, then Moki is greeted by his parents and asks them to come back home with him. They tell him that they like it on the moon and they want to stay with their friends. His parents tell Moki he is old enough to take care of himself and he can come visit anytime. Moki understands and hugs his parents goodbye, he heads home with his new surfing asteroid and waves to the moon from the earth.
The Whale's Song weaves dreams into reality and proposes that there is worth in believing in hope against all odds. The story unfolds with a young girl listening to her grandmother's tales of whales in the bay that would visit her at night. The girl's captivation with the stories is almost dismantled with the objections of her uncle that such a marvel could not simply be true. Despite the approaching cloud of negativity that bequeaths the girl, she decides to visit the whales herself with a gift offering of a yellow flower. Later that night, her wishes are fulfilled with the hypnotic call of the whales.
